#1 Waterpark in the world. Found in New Braunfels, Texas, near San Antonio. Been there once several years ago, but now it's enormous. Also smaller parks in Galveston and South Padre Island.

San Antonio Riverwalk is a neat place to go. Especially the water taxi at night.

"The Strand" on Galveston Island. La King's Confectionary is an old ice cream and candy parlor that has great milk shakes. The Cundiffs visit it every time in Texas. (Also good shopping, so she says.)

African Safari in Texas. Rhinos, giragges, etc. Drive through it, take a tour, or spend the night in an African expedition tent and hear the wildlife around you. An hour and a half from Dallas.

And then there's always the Cundiff's in Alvin, TX, located between Houston and Galveston Island. Always a great place to hang out!

Hope this helps.

Don't know what giragges are, but I have heard of giraffes. I think they're related and look alike.

You are going to have a blast! Sorry I can't help you with Texas info. I lived there for a year when I was an infant so of course I don't remember a thing.
