i honestly don't think there are any rules about drinking at all. there's no age limit, no public restrictions,... yep! i just asked jimmy and he said no, there are no rules against drinking and driving. although he consents that there should be!
Well, I'm glad Jimmy is in agreement with that. I always knew he was a smart guy! :)
